Phil Bronstein, executive vice president and editor-at-large of the San Francisco Chronicle, will moderate with panelists Moss; Robert Rosenthal, executive director of the Center for Investigative Reporting, Berkeley; and Ben Wizner, staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union, San Francisco.
